  Unlike any other gym I've ever used. More like an over crowded children's daycare, that once you've paid the £70 a month to use, they charge you to use a towel

  Place is a lot better with the refurbishment. 4 squat racks, plated loaded leg press and lat pull down. Dumbbells up to 42 kg, trap bar and no moan of dropping weights if you power or Olympic lift. Most of the bad reviews seem to be by people who don't look like they even lift which is refreshing and hopefully keeps them away. Only complaint is there's too many cardio machines. Get rid and put in mire squat racks. Can never have to msny squat racks.

  I have been going to Nuffield Health Fountainpark for many years now, and have found the swimming pool, the sauna and the steam room a real pleasure to use. The swimming pool is always spotlessly clean and at just the correct temperature, as are the sauna and the steam room. The lifeguards are always very helpful, and the shower rooms are always immaculately clean. (Although I` don`t use the gym, my friends have told me the facilities are excellent). On the rare occassion I`ve had any minor concerns, Richard Comely the senior manager at Nuffield Health has addressed and rectified the issues immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend Nuffield Health Fountainpark to anyone wishing to improve their health and fitness and/ or to simply chill out in a relaxing environment.
