- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Registered my son here yesterday to use the NHS minor ailments service. All we needed were 10ml solution of Saline Nasal Drops. Between the 15min wait to get served and then to be told it would take 30 mins to process a ready made bottle of 10ml Mandanol drops. The women serving was short, rude and not entirely clear in explaining the service. Due to my sons congested nose we used the drops within 24 hours when we phoned back to order more we were told we would have to come into the pharmacy to once again order and wait for the drops? This is Saline drops - not a bottle of methadone which this chemist is happy prescribing day in day out. The pharmacist also gave no advise on how the drops should be administered written or verbal on our first order. Stay clear rude staff who can't be bothered to be courteous to there NHS customers, even though the Government has been subsidising there business for years.by Many StylesOctober 01, 2017
