  Worst practice I've ever known in my life. Dr Ainsworth is great but good luck getting an appointment! Receptionists are vile. Receptionist once left me at the desk having an asthma attack and refused to get a doctor as "you have to give 72 hours notice for a repeat prescription", told me if it was that bad to phone an ambulance, and went back through the back and ignored me. Didn't even apologise when practice manager found me and immediately called a doctor to give me a nebuliser. Massively understaffed (2 doctors should have 6) and appointment system is a farce - you have to take a day of work then pray you get through but even if you do there's no appointments so then you need to take the next day off too.... Another time sat in the waiting room for over an hour - reception forgot to tell the doctor I was there and they'd all finished and gone home.
