Everything was explained to us so clearly, we were given lots of expert advice and we were well informed of all the options available to us. I was very nervous when it came to buying a house but with thanks to Cate at first mortgage I had absolutely nothing to worry about as she had everything under control and in her very capable hands. Everyone we spoke to, in the branch and on the phone, was so friendly and helpful. We were kept up to date with regular updates of how our mortgage was coming along which was excellent.
